Done For the Week

Yea..............Friday is over!

It actually was a very easy procedure (since I basically "checked out" for an hour or so.) After recovery they took me over in a wheelchair to a gal in the Doctor's building who looked at my bandage. I thought she was going to re-tape it, but she just called Dr. Merg - who came over from between surgeries at the hospital.

Merg took the tape off and put some other stuff on. Also, they scheduled me for Home Health to come to the house to at least show me how to use all these bags and tubes and things. Stopped downstairs in the hospital and picked up a new drain bag and tube. I thought Home Health would be here tonight. Silly me! But tomorrow for sure.

Had lunch in the hospital cafeteria, then got back home around 1pm. Promptly went downstairs to the TV room and slept for OVER *4* HOURS. Feel pretty darn good right now.


...............And now for the dilemma. Marsha & Brent cannot find my car keys! They aren't on top of the radio where Marsha placed them. She just got back and they are diligently looking. I said "gee, guess that means I can't go home"! Marsha said they'll look a little harder!!!!
